Red Wings Sign Former ECHL RW Corazzini

DETROIT – The Detroit Red Wings of the National Hockey League announced that they have signed former ECHL right wing Carl Corazzini .

Corazzini scored 21 points (13g-8a) in 27 games with Atlantic City in 2002-03 while also playing for Providence in the AHL where he had 13 points (7g-6a) in 33 regular season games and also played in four playoff games. Corazzini made his NHL debut in 2003-04 with the Boston Bruins, appearing in 12 games and scoring two goals.

The 28 year old had one assist in seven games with Chicago in the NHL in 2006-07 while also playing in the AHL where he had 57 points (28g-29a) in 68 regular season games and five points (4g-1a) in six playoff games for Norfolk.
