Roanoke’s O’Connell Suspended Two Games

PRINCETON, N.J. – The East Coast Hockey League announced on Wednesday that it has suspended Roanoke defenseman Tim O’Connell for two games as a result of a kneeing incident in ECHL Game # 151 vs. Greensboro on November 8.

During the first period, O’Connell was involved in an open-ice collision that resulted in an injury to a Greensboro player. O’Connell is suspended under Rule 33(a) Supplementary Discipline.
