Boise, Idaho – Head Coach and Director of Hockey Operations Brad Ralph announced that the Idaho Steelheads have agreed to terms with forward Jake Fallon.
The Steelheads are the ECHL affiliate of the Dallas Stars of the National Hockey League and the Texas Stars of the American Hockey League.
Hailing from suburban Dallas, Fallon wrapped up his college career last spring at the University of Vermont, finishing in the top three on the team in assists in all three seasons spent with the Catamounts. The 23-year-old skated in 114 of a possible 115 games during his time at Vermont.
Prior to his days in college, Fallon was a member of the US Under-18 National Team, where he was a teammate of former Steelhead (and NHL 1st-round draft pick) Jack Campbell, Stanley Cup champion Brandon Saad and NHL’ers Cam Fowler and Justin Faulk, among others.
