Royals’ Kinasewich Earns Promotion To AHL

READING, Pa. – The Reading Royals announced that All-Star forward Ryan Kinasewich has been loaned to Manchester of the American Hockey League. Reading is the ECHL affiliate of Manchester of the AHL and the Los Angeles Kings of the National Hockey League.

It is the first call up to the AHL for Kinasewich, who ranks seventh among ECHL rookies and leads the Royals with 38 points (16g-22a). Kinasewich leads Reading with five power-play goals and 12 power-play points while ranking second on the team in goalas and assists.

The 21-year-old Kinasewich played for Tri-City in the Western Hockey League in 2003-04, scoring 69 points (33g-36a) in 55 regular season games and 12 points (7g-5a) in 11 playoff games.
