Royals’ Masse Recalled To Hershey

READING, Pa. – The Reading Royals announced that left wing David Masse has been recalled to Hershey of the American Hockey League.

Masse, who is under contract to Hershey, has 20 points (12g-8a) and ranks second on the team with three game-winning goals in 45 games with Hershey. The 6-1 and 190-pound Masse has 19 points (8g-11a) in 25 games with Reading, including a 10-game scoring streak to end the regular season (6g-9a).

In his first professional season in 2003-04, Masse led Reading with 14 points (6g-8a) in 14 postseason games and led league rookies in the Kelly Cup Playoffs with 14 goals, four power-play goals, six power-play assists, 10 power-play points and two game-winning goals.
