Steelheads Acquire Yeats, Nourislamov

BOISE, Idaho – The Idaho Steelheads announced that they have acquired goaltender Matt Yeats from the Reading Royals in exchange for future considerations and that they have traded goaltender Colin Zulianello to the Las Vegas Wranglers in exchange for cash. The Steelheads also announced that forward Brett Draney has been traded to San Diego in exchange for defenseman Evgueni Nourislamov.

The 6-1 and 200-pound Nourislamov has 15 points (5g-10a) in 27 games with San Diego and has also played two games with Syracuse in the American Hockey League.

In his first professional season with San Diego in 2003-04, Nourislamov scored 10 points (1g-9a) in 32 regular season games and had one assist in three Kelly Cup Playoff games.

In 13 games with Reading, Yeats was 8-2-2 with a shutout, a goals against of 2.38 and a save percentage of .918.
