Stingrays Receive Daubenspeck From Hershey

NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. – The South Carolina Stingrays announced that goaltender Kirk Daubenspeck has been assigned from the Hershey Bears of the American Hockey League.

The Stingrays are the ECHL affiliate of the Bears of the AHL and the Washington Capitals of the National Hockey League.

Daubenspeck is expected to be available for Tuesday’s game against Pensacola, but is not expected to start.

The 31-year-old is 8-4-2 with two shutouts, a goals against of 3.26 and a save percentage of .891 in 13 games with Hershey.
