Stockton Acquires Longo From Columbia,
Gardner From Idaho

STOCKTON, Calif. – The Stockton Thunder announced that they have acquired rookie center Kevin Gardner from the Idaho Steelheads in exchange for defenseman Tony Johnson and that they have acquired forward John Longo from the Columbia Inferno in exchange for left wing Derek Campbell.

In his first professional season, the 24-year-old Gardner has eight points (5g-3a) and 10 penalty minutes in 22 games with Idaho.

In his third professional season, the 25-year-old Longo has 13 points (5g-8a) and 20 penalty minutes in 35 games with Columbia.
