Szwez Recalled From Bombers To Syracuse

DAYTON, Ohio – The Dayton Bombers announced that left wing Jeff Szwez has recalled to the American Hockey League by the Syracuse Crunch.

The Bombers are the ECHL affiliate of the Crunch of the AHL and the Columbus Blue Jackets of the National Hockey League.

The 24-year-old leads Dayton with 25 goals and 10 power-play goals and is second on the team with 47 points in 51 games. Under contract to Syracuse, the 6-foot-3 and 200-pound Szwez has eight points (4g-4a) and 18 penalty minutes in 15 games with the Crunch.
