Texas Agrees To Terms With Branham

BEAUMONT, Texas – The Texas Wildcatters have agreed to terms with defenseman Tim Branham.

Selected in the third round (93rd overall) by Vancouver in the 2000 NHL Entry Draft, the 6-2 and 195-pound Branham scored 10 points (3g-7a) in 22 games with Texas in 2003-04 before being called up to the American Hockey League, registering one assist in 34 games with Portland.

In his first professional season in 2002-03, the 23-year-old Branham scored eight points (1g-7a) in 30 games with Johnstown of the ECHL before being called up to the AHL where he scored nine points (1g-8a) in 30 games with Saint John.
