ONTARIO, Calif. – Without ever having seen Citizens Business Bank Arena, Debbi Miller of Chino didn’t hesitate to put down a deposit for season tickets when she learned a minor league hockey team would be playing there.

The arena had not been completed when she made the purchase a year ago.

“I love hockey,” she said. “I just knew there was going to be ice hockey, and that’s all I needed to know.”

On Saturday, Miller was among thousands who got a peek at the arena during Community Day.

The event was an opportunity for the public to take self-guided tours through the $140million facility and even taste what will be sold at concession stands.

The arena will be home to the ECHL Ontario Reign, a minor-league hockey team affiliated with the Los Angeles Kings, as well as concerts and other events.
