Titans Agree To Terms With Bertoli, Pittman

TRENTON, N.J. – The Kelly Cup Champion Trenton Titans announced that they have agreed to terms with veteran left wing Scott Bertoli (pictured) and center Chris Pittman.

Returning for his seventh professional season, the 28-year-old Bertoli finished ninth in the ECHL in 2004-05 with 68 points (27g-41a) in 70 regular season games and he tied for the league lead in the Kelly Cup Playoffs with 24 points (6g-18a). Bertoli has been with the Titans since their inaugural season in 1999-2000 and is the team’s career leader with 439 games, 145 goals, 296 assists and 441 points.

The 28-year-old Pittman was limited to one game in 2004-05 after breaking his shoulder in the opening game of the season. Acquired in a trade with Columbia on December 27, 2003, Pittman scored 42 points (16g-26a) in 46 games for the Titans in 2003-04.
