TOLEDO, Ohio – The Toledo Storm announced that it has signed center Mark Turner.
Turner began his professional career in the ECHL in 1990-91 scoring 52 points (25g-27a) in 54 regular season games and had one assist in four playoff games for Cincinnati. He also played in the International Hockey League with Fort Wayne, scoring 12 points (6g-6a) in 20 regular season games while also playing in four playoff games.
In eight seasons in the ECHL, Turner has 532 points (207g-325a) and 657 penalty minutes in 509 regular season games and 40 points (14g-26a) and 65 penalty minutes in 46 postseason games. On the career lists for the ECHL, he ranks 14th in assists, 16th in points, 18th in games and 19th in goals.
