Toronto Reassigns Reimer To Royals

READING, Pa. – The Reading Royals announced that the Toronto Marlies of the American Hockey League have assigned rookie goaltender James Reimer to Reading.

It was also announced that the Marlies recalled rookie goaltender Michael Ouzas from Reading and have reassigned him to Fresno.

Selected by the Maple Leafs in the fourth round (99th overall) of the 2006 NHL Entry Draft, the 20-year-old Reimer has played the last three seasons in the Western Hockey League where he was 41-56-14 with four shutouts, a goals-against average of 2.72 and a save percentage of .912 in 124 games for Red Deer.
