Wood, Traylen Called Up From Trenton To AHL
Titans Sign Marlin

TRENTON, N.J. – The Trenton Titans announced that defenseman Stephen Wood has been recalled to the Philadelphia Phantoms of the American Hockey League, rookie goaltender Dustin Traylen has been loaned to the Providence Bruins of the AHL and that the team has signed goaltender Dave Marlin.

The Titans are the ECHL affiliate of the Phantoms and the Bridgeport Sound Tigers of the AHL and the Philadelphia Flyers and the New York Islanders of the National Hockey League.

Under contract to the Flyers, the 24-year-old Wood leads the Titans with seven power-play assists and nine power-play points and ranks second on the team with 15 assists and 21 points in 31 games while he has eight penalty minutes in two games with the Phantoms.

Traylen, who signed a professional tryout agreement with Providence on Nov. 2 and dressed as a backup for two games with the Bruins, is 10-4-0 with a goals against of 2.41 and a save percentage of .921 in 17 games with Trenton.
