Wranglers Acquire Kaleniecki From Gwinnett

LAS VEGAS – The Las Vegas Wranglers announced that they have acquired rookie right wing Brandon Kaleniecki from the Gwinnett Gladiators in exchange for financial considerations.

The Wranglers are the ECHL affiliate of the Calgary Flames of the National Hockey League and the Quad City Flames of the American Hockey League.

The 25 year old had four points (1g-3a) in 12 games before suffering an elbow injury that required surgery to repair a ruptured ligament. Kaleniecki returned to the ice in March and scored seven points (4g-3a) in four games and added two points (1g-1a) in four games in the Kelly Cup Playoffs for the Gladiators.
