Wranglers Acquire Kenady From Long Beach

LAS VEGAS – The Las Vegas Wranglers announced that they have acquired the rights to right wing Chris Kenady from the Long Beach Ice Dogs. The Ice Dogs received left wing Ty Morris from the South Carolina Stingrays, who had right wing Darren Lynch assigned from Las Vegas to South Carolina by the Calgary Flames.

Selected in the eighth round (175th overall) by the St. Louis Blues in the 1991 NHL Entry Draft, the 32-year-old Kenady has 30 points (13g-17a) and 56 penalty minutes in 40 games with Long Beach.
