LAS VEGAS – Las Vegas Wranglers Vice President and COO Billy Johnson has been named by In Business Las Vegas as a member of Las Vegas’ 40 Under 40 which recognizes 40 young business professionals under the age of 40 who have propelled to the top of their industry in Southern Nevada.
It is the second time that Johnson has been recognized by a publication on a 40 under 40 list. He named as a charter member of the list in New Hampshire by The Union Leader, the statewide newspaper of New Hampshire in 2001.
Johnson was named Atlantic League Executive of the Year in 2000 for his leadership of the Nashua (N.H.) Pride professional baseball team that set the team attendance record and won the league championship. He was a runner-up for the ECHL Executive of the Year following the Wranglers inaugural season in 2003-04 after Las Vegas had the second-highest attendance of western members and the eighth-best attendance overall.
