Wranglers’ Lynch Recalled To Omaha

LAS VEGAS – The Las Vegas Wranglers announced that right wing Darren Lynch has been recalled to the Omaha Ak-Sar-Ben Knights of the American Hockey League and he will join the Knights for their game against San Antonio on Saturday.

The Wranglers are the ECHL affiliate of the Knights of the AHL and the Calgary Flames of the National Hockey League.

Lynch had three points (2g-1a) in two preseason games with Omaha.

In his first professional season in 2004-05, the 22-year-old Lynch led Las Vegas in plus-minus rating (+10) and finished fourth on the team with 15 goals and tied for ninth on the team with 49 points in 54 games.
