Zornow Named President Of Grizzlies

WEST VALLEY CITY, Utah – The Utah Grizzlies announced that retired businessman Jeff Zornow has been named team president and that Kevin Bruder will become chief executive officer.

Zornow retired to the Salt Lake Valley more than six years ago after selling his Dayton, Ohio-based startup company Sanitary Couplers, Inc.

“We’ve got to bring back the fans that used to support the old Salt Lake Golden Eagles,” Zornow told the Deseret Morning News. “We have a great coach, we’re winning and we’re charging towards the playoffs, which is something that hasn’t been done in the last five years. We just have to put more people in the stands and turn them on to this very unique game.

“We’ve just got to do a better job of marketing.”
