A native of Maple Ridge, British Columbia, Hunt has also suited up in 10 career games with Springfield of the American Hockey League. Prior to turning pro, he played 193 career games in the Western Hockey League with Chilliwack and Vancouver, recording 41 points (16g-25a) and 542 penalty minutes.
