Augusta Unveils New Jersey Design,
Surpasses 1,000 Season Tickets For 2004-05

AUGUSTA, Ga. – The Augusta Lynx on Thursday unveiled a new home jersey while also announcing that leading scorer Louis Goulet and record-setting goaltender Jason Saal (shown in new jersey) will both return in 2004-05.

Designed in conjunction with CCM, the jersey utilizes the Lynx’s logo and the team’s primary colors of black and white while also incorporating a new blue for 2004-05.

“CCM is synonymous with quality of construction and design,” said assistant general manager Rob Mueller. “We love the look. It’s classic yet it incorporates modern uniform design elements.”

The team also announced that it has already sold 1,000 season tickets for 2004-05 which the Lynx has designated as “The Year of the Fan”.

“Things are going extremely well for us. We’re very pleased with our progress thus far, and think we can not only accomplish our goals but reach even higher for the coming season,” said general manager Paul Gamsby. “We hope that fans realize we’re committed to putting a winning product on the ice while providing top-quality entertainment all season long.”
