DAYTON, Ohio – The Dayton Bombers expect to welcome the two millionth fan in team history in one of their next three games.
Celebrating their 15th season as a member of the ECHL, the Bombers are 8,410 fans from the milestone as they host Stockton on Saturday at 7 p.m. and Sunday at 2 p.m.
The lucky fan will be featured in the ceremonial puck drop as well as being given two season tickets for 2006-07.
“Two million is really an incredible number when you think about the challenges of a minor league team,” said Bombers president Costa Papista. “This team has a very loyal fan base and it’s great for us to experience a milestone of this magnitude.”
