Bombers Re-Sign Defenseman Scott

DAYTON, Ohio – The Dayton Bombers announced that they have re-signed defenseman Tyler Scott.

In his first professional season in 2004-05, the 25-year-old Scott had 16 points (6g-10a) and 42 penalty minutes in 41 games with the Bombers and four points (1g-3a) and four penalty minutes in 24 games with Tulsa in the Central Hockey League.

Selected in the ninth round (268th overall) by the New York Islanders in the 1999 NHL Entry Draft, the 6-0 and 200-pound Scott played three years at the University of New Hampshire, scoring 22 points (9g-13a) in 82 games.
