Bridgeport Invites Fresno’s Konkle To Training Camp
Falcons, Veteran O’Dette Agree To Term

FRESNO, Calif. – The Fresno Falcons announced that they have agreed to terms with veteran defenseman Matt O’Dette and that left wing Jarrett Konkle has been invited to training camp by the Bridgeport Sound Tigers of the American Hockey League.

The Falcons are the ECHL affiliate of the Chicago Blackhawks of the National Hockey League and the Rockford IceHogs of the American Hockey League. Mike Haviland, who is one of two coaches to lead two different teams to the Kelly Championship, is an assistant coach for Chicago.

The 33-year-old O’Dette has played the last four seasons in Fresno and he has 59 points (17g-42a) and 661 penalty minutes in 261 regular season games and two assists and 59 penalty minutes in 30 Kelly Cup Playoff games.
