Cameron re-signs with Greenville

Greenville, S.C. – The Greenville Road Warriors, ECHL affiliate of the New York Rangers, announced the signing of forward Bretton Cameron.

Cameron returns for his fourth season with the Road Warriors after his acquisition during the 2011-12 season. The 25-year-old has played in 134 career games as a Road Warrior. Cameron led the team with 119 penalty minutes in 2013-14, while adding 19 points (7g-12a) in 61 games. In 2012-13, he was promoted to the Texas Stars in the AHL where he collected five points (1g-4a) in 21 games.

A native of Didsbury, Alberta, Cameron has recorded 113 points (47g-66a) in 221 career ECHL games with Stockton and Greenville. Prior to turning pro, he spent five seasons with Medicine Hat of the Western Hockey League.
