Coalter Returns To Everblades

ESTERO, Fla. – The Florida Everblades announced that they have signed forward Brandon Coalter, who becomes the first player signed by the American Conference Champions.

Selected in the fifth round (127th overall) by San Jose in the 1998 NHL Entry Draft, the 27-year-old Coalter scored 10 points (5g-5a) and had 94 penalty minutes in 48 regular season games and also played in three Kelly Cup Playoffs games for Florida in 2004-05.

In two seasons with the Everblades, the native of Newmarket, Ontario has 25 points (8g-17a) and 276 penalty minutes in 106 regular season games while also playing in five Kelly Cup Playoffs games.
