Colorado’s Ulanski named Reebok Hockey ECHL Player of the Month

PRINCETON, N.J. – Colorado Eagles right wing Kevin Ulanski is the Reebok Hockey ECHL Player of the Month for February.


The 29-year-old scored seven goals, added 17 assists and was a +6 in 12 games during the month, helping the Eagles to an 8-3-1 mark during February.


Ulanski tallied at least one point 10 of 12 games during the month, including seven multi-point games. He notched four points (1g-3a) in a 5-3 win at Bakersfield on Feb. 4, and followed that up with back-to-back two assist games on Feb. 10 and Feb. 11 against Stockton. He ended the month with 11 points (4g-7a) in three games against Ontario, on his way to being named ECHL Player of the Week for the week ending Feb. 26.


Ulanski has 56 points (22g-34a) in 40 games this season, ranking second on the Eagles and tied for ninth in the league, and his six game-winning goals are tied for second in the ECHL.


A native of Madison, Wisc., Ulanski has 107 points (38g-70a) in 143 career ECHL games with Long Beach, Phoenix, Elmira and Colorado, and he has added eight points (3g-5a) in 53 career American Hockey League games with Milwaukee and Albany.
