Condors Acquire Lutes From Stockton

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. – The Bakersfield Condors announced that they acquired left wing Brett Lutes from the Stockton Thunder in exchange for financial considerations.

Selected in the seventh round (229th overall) by the St. Louis Blues in the 2000 NHL Entry Draft, Lutes spent his rookie year with Bakersfield scoring 37 points (18g-19a) in 66 regular season games and four points (3g-1a) in five Kelly Cup Playoff games in 2004-05.

The 24-year-old played in the United Hockey League in 2005-06 and led Port Huron with 23 goals, 30 assists and 53 points in 63 games.
