BAKERSFIELD, Calif. – The Bakersfield Condors announced that the team has sold 2,200 season tickets for 2005-06 surpassing its total from 2004-05.
The team’s all-time mark for season tickets is 2,600 set in 2000-01.
“Setting the season ticket mark is our newest goal and we think we can get there,” said Bakersfield president Matthew Riley. “This means our entire sales staff has done an exceptional job during the off-season. It also means that fans are excited about this season.
“There’s a great deal of optimism surrounding Condors hockey and after the Kelly Cup Playoffs run last year the Bakersfield community is hungrier than ever to get back to the rink.”
