Condors Sign Defenseman White

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. – The Bakersfield Condors announced that they have signed defenseman Kam White, who could be in the lineup for the team’s game against Phoenix on Wednesday.

The 6-foot-4 and 220-pound White played two games with Fresno as well as playing in the United Hockey League where he had three assists and 48 penalty minutes in 22 games with Flint and five assists and 143 penalty minutes in 32 games with Port Huron.

Selected in the sixth round (152nd overall) by the Toronto Maple Leafs in the 1994 National Hockey League Entry Draft, the 31-year-old has 69 points (10g-59a) and 1,627 penalty minutes in 450 regular season ECHL games and four points (1g-3a) and 209 penalty minutes in 55 games in the ECHL playoffs with Atlantic City, Chesapeake, Fresno, Greenville, Jacksonville, Johnstown, Mississippi, South Carolina and Trenton from 1995-2007.
