Lazaruk joins the Condors after wrapping up a four-year career with the University of Calgary where he went 23-12-1 with a 2.26 goals-against average and a .915 save percentage. The Edmonton, Alberta native led all CIS goaltenders this season with a 1.67 goals-against average and was second with a .938 save percentage as he helped lead the Dinos to a spot in the final eight. He was named the Canada West Goaltender of the Year and was runner-up for CIS Goaltender of the Year as well. Lazaruk set a new Canada West regular-season record with a 275:03 shutout streak from Oct.10-Nov. 14, 2014.
Cahill comes to Bakersfield after completing his collegiate career at the University of Alaska-Fairbanks. In four seasons with the Nanooks, he went 21-14-2 with a 2.21 goals-against average and a save percentage of .906. This season, he was tied for 11th nationally with a 1.98 goals-against average.
