Cyclones, Defenseman Macdonald Agree To Terms

CINCINNATI – The Cincinnati Cyclones announced that they have agreed to terms with defenseman Matt Macdonald.

The Cyclones are the ECHL affiliate of the Montreal Canadiens and the Nashville Predators of the National Hockey League and the Calder Cup champion Hamilton Bulldogs and the Milwaukee Admirals of the American Hockey League.

The 24 year old, who attended rookie camp this summer with the Chicago Blackhawks of the NHL, led the Cyclones in 2006-07 with 131 penalty minutes and had 23 points (1g-22a) in 71 regular season games and one goal and 16 penalty minutes in 10 games in the Kelly Cup Playoffs.
