STOCKTON – The Thunder has been busy trying to replace the top goal scorer from last season.
On Tuesday, Stockton solved the problem – with the same guy.
Forward Chris D’Alvise left Stockton to play in Europe but changed his mind and signed a one-year deal with the Thunder. Terms were not disclosed.
D’Alvise said coach Matt Thomas made it easy when he called inquiring about a spot on the roster.
“When I told him my decision, (Thomas) told me there was room for me here,” D’Alvise said. “He basically said, ‘Come on home.’ “
