Daubenspeck Called Up To AHL

NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. – The South Carolina Stingrays announced that goaltender Kirk Daubenspeck has been called up to Portland of the American Hockey League and that goaltender Justin Eddy and forward Cam McCaffrey have been assigned to the team by Portland. South Carolina is the ECHL affiliate of Portland of the AHL and Washington of the National Hockey League.

Daubenspeck is 12-9-1 with a goals-against average of 2.26 and a save percentage of .936.

In his first professional season, Eddy is 2-5-1 with a goals-against average of 3.65 and a save percentage of .863 in 11 games with Portland while McCaffrey, who is also a rookie, has 36 penalty minutes in 19 games with Portland.
