Dayton All-Star Recalled To Syracuse

DAYTON, Ohio – The Dayton Bombers announced that All-Star rookie forward Tyler Kolarik has been recalled to Syracuse of the American Hockey League. Syracuse will host St. John’s on Friday and Rochester on Saturday. Dayton is the ECHL affiliate of Syracuse of the AHL and Columbus of the National Hockey League.

Selected in the fifth round (150th overall) by Columbus in the 2000 NHL Entry Draft and under contract to Syracuse of the AHL, Kolarik leads the Bombers with 12 goals and 25 points and is tied for the team lead with 13 assists in 35 games.

Kolarik, who will turn 24 years old on Wednesday, played four seasons at Harvard University, scoring 116 points (49g-67a) in 130 career games.
