ECHL announces fine, suspension


PRINCETON, N.J. – The ECHL on Wednesday announced that Evansville’s Dan Gendur has been suspended suspended for three games and fined an undisclosed amount as a result of his actions in ECHL Game #66, Evansville at Kalamazoo, on Oct. 27.

Gendur was assessed a match penalty for illegal check to the head under Rule #48.5 at 19:09 of the third period.

Gendur missed Evansville’s game vs. Gwinnett (Oct. 28) and will miss games vs. Wheeling (Nov. 2) and at Toledo (Nov. 3).
