ECHL and TeamWork Online to Host 8th Annual Career Fair

The ECHL and TeamWork Online have joined forces to host the 8th Annual ECHL Career Fair on Wednesday, June 19, in Las Vegas at the New York-New York Hotel and Casino in conjunction with the 2019 ECHL Hockey Summer Meetings.

The Career Fair will allow candidates to network and interview with Team Presidents and Sales Directors from around the hockey industry including over 12 ECHL Teams, as well as representatives from the Vegas Golden Knights, Arizona Coyotes and AEG Sports. The candidates will be addressed by ECHL Commissioner Ryan Crelin and Vegas Golden Knights President and COO, Kerry Bubolz. Additionally, the event will feature constructive resume and interviewing workshops conducted by TeamWork Online, as well as an introductory Sports Sales training hosted by James Collins of AEG Sports, and a tour of T-Mobile Arena, home of the Vegas Golden Knights.

“We continue to grow this event and hire great candidates each year, and the 2019 event will be no different,” said ECHL Commissioner Ryan Crelin. “With our 12 ECHL Teams, plus NHL and AHL teams present, it is the ideal setting for qualified personnel to interview with multiple hockey teams and launch their career.”

“What could be more fun than to travel to Vegas to interview with an entire hockey league for a front office job?” TeamWork Online President Buffy Filippell continued,  “Minor league doesn’t pay minor opportunity. Entry level is about the same wages as majors and is a great place to start your career. The people involved in the ECHL love their jobs, their colleagues, and communities.”

Potential candidates must register for the ECHL Career Fair online at https://www.eventbrite.com/e/2019-echlteamwork-online-career-fair-tickets-59246116730
