Toledo Walleye

  • Toledo is at Iowa on Friday and Saturday.

Wheeling Nailers

  • Nick Hutchison's shorthanded goal on Saturday was Wheeling's first in a season opener since 2014.
  • With nine players making their team debuts on Saturday, the Nailers have now utilized over 900 players in their 30-year history.
  • The Nailers are at Iowa on Wednesday, Kansas City on Friday and Wichita on Saturday.
