Cincinnati, Ohio - The Cincinnati Cyclones have signed defenseman Dajon Mingo to a contract for the 2021-22 season.

Mingo had signed with the Cyclones prior to the team opting out of the 2020-21 campaign due to the pandemic.

The 31-year-old has previous ECHL stops with Toledo, Kalamazoo and Jacksonville, totaling 121 points (31g-90a) in 273 games. During the 2018-19 season, he led Jacksonville defensemen with 11 goals and 45 points in 65 regular-season games, and represented the Icemen at the 2019 ECHL All-Star Classic.
