Betts returns to Grizzlies

West Valley City, Utah – Forward Kyle Betts is returning to the Utah Grizzlies for the 2023-24 season.

Betts made his pro debut on March 30, 2022 for Utah agaist Rapid City and scored a goal 15:15 into the third period. In 18 games in the 2022 Kelly Cup Playoffs, Betts had 10 points (5g-5a).

After beginning last season with the Grizzlies, Betts was loaned to the American Hockey League’s Belleville Senators on Oct. 25, where he went on to post three points (1g-2a) in 40 games. He added six assists in five regular-season games with Utah and had six points (3g-3a) in six games during the 2023 Kelly Cup Playoffs.

Prior to turning pro, Betts played at Cornell University totaling 48 points (17g-31a) in 125 career games.
