Everblades win Game 3 in overtime, 4-3

Matt Marquardt scored 13:49 into overtime, giving the Florida Everblades a 4-3 win in Game 3 of the 2012 Kelly Cup Finals at Germain Arena in Estero, Fla. Florida leads the best-of-seven series 2 games to 1.

Trailing 3-2 late in the third period,
Justin Shugg tied the game for Florida, scoring his fifth goal of the posteason with 3:49 remaining.

Las Vegas scored three times in the second period, getting goals from Adam HuxleyScott Campbell and Judd Blackwater, whose goal put the Wranglers ahead 3-2 after the Everblades had pulled even on a Ryan McGinnis tally.

John Muse earned the win in goal for Florida, turning aside 25 Las Vegas shots.

The Everblades improve to 9-0 at home in the 2012 Kelly Cup Playoffs, and are 20-1-2 in their last 23 home games dating back to the regular season.

Game 4 of the series is Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. ET at Germain Arena.
