FRESNO, Calif. – The Fresno Falcons announced that they have signed center Josh Prudden and rookie right wing Brady Leisenring.
The Falcons are the ECHL affiliate of the San Jose Sharks of the National Hockey League and the Worcester Sharks of the American Hockey League.
The 26-year-old Prudden has played each of the last two seasons with Cleveland of the AHL where he had 43 points (23g-20a) and 100 penalty minutes in 149 games.
The 24-year-old Leisenring played the last five years at the University of Vermont where he had 117 points (46g-71a) in 145 games from 2001-06. He signed with Cleveland after completing his senior season in 2005-06 and had one goal in three games.
