Florida Signs Two-Time
ECHL All-Star Defenseman

ESTERO, Fla. – The Florida Everblades announced that they have signed defenseman Simon Tremblay, who will be in uniform at Columbia on Tuesday.

The 26-year-old Tremblay has been playing in the North American Hockey League, scoring 21 points (4g-17a) in 32 games with Quebec Radio X. In 2003-04 with Quebec Radio X, Tremblay had 43 points (13g-30a) and 129 penalty minutes in 50 regular season games and five points (0g-5a) and eight penalty minutes in six playoff games.

Tremblay is a two-time ECHL All-Star selection (2002 and 2003) scoring two points (1g-1a), including being voted as a starter by league coaches for the 2003 ECHL All-Star Game.
