Fresno Re-Signs Leisenring
Falcons, Rookie Iberer Agree To Terms

FRESNO, Calif. – The Fresno Falcons announced that they have re-signed right wing Brady Leisenring and that they have agreed to terms with rookie center Matthias Iberer.

The Falcons are the ECHL affiliate of the San Jose Sharks of the National Hockey League and the Worcester Sharks of the American Hockey League.

The 25-year-old Leisenring had 27 points (11g-16a) and 30 penalty minutes in 42 regular season games and three points (1g-2a) in four Kelly Cup Playoff games for Fresno as a rookie in 2006-07 while also playing in the AHL where he had five points (2g-3a) and 12 penalty minutes in 24 games for Worcester.

The 22-year-old Iberer has played the last five seasons in the top league in his native Austria where in 2006-07 he had career highs with six goals, four assists, 10 points and 84 penalty minutes in 46 games.
