Gladiators Re-Sign All-Star
Defenseman Jackson

DULUTH, Ga. – The Gwinnett Gladiators announced that they have signed defenseman Jim Jackson, who becomes the first player signed by the team for the 2005-06 season that opens October 21.

An original member of the team who is returning for his third season, Jackson scored 29 points (12g-17a) in 52 regular season games and had one assist in eight Kelly Cup Playoff games in 2004-05 while also being selected to the ECHL All-Star Game.

As a rookie in 2003-04, Jackson scored 33 points (12g-21a) and finished fourth in the league in plus-minus rating with +34.
