Greenville’s St. Pierre Named In Glas Co
ECHL Player of the Week

PRINCETON, N.J. – Greenville rookie center Martin St. Pierre is the In Glas Co ECHL Player of the Week for November 1-7.

The 21-year-old St. Pierre helped Greenville go 2-1-0, posting back-to-back road wins over East Division opponents Pee Dee and South Carolina. The 5-9 and 180-pound St. Pierre had an assist in the Grrrowl’s 2-1 win at Pee Dee on November 2 and posted three assists in a 7-1 win at South Carolina on November 5. St. Pierre scored his first professional goal, had his first multiple-goal game and added an assist for his second straight three-point game in a 7-6 loss to Pee Dee on November 7.

In his first five games, St. Pierre leads ECHL rookies in assists (7), points (9), power-play assists (3) and power-play points (3). He is tied for the league lead in assists and tied for seventh in the league in scoring.
