Fresno was 1-2-1 last week and improved to 36-22-8 with 80 points, a 35-point improvement from last season with six regular season games remaining. The 35 points tie the Falcons with Greenville, which improved 35 points from 1998-99 to 1999-2000, for eighth place on the Top 10 single-season point increases in league history.
The largest single-season point increase is 50 points by Knoxville from 1992-93 while the second-highest single-season increase is 49 points by Knoxville from 1989-90 to 1990-91.
