IceMen agree to terms with defenseman Lepine

Evansville IceMen have agreed to terms with defenseman Guillaume Lepine for the 2013-14 season.

The IceMen are the ECHL affiliate of the Columbus Blue Jackets of the National Hockey League and the Springfield Falcons of the American Hockey Legaue.

Lepine played three seasons in the Elite Ice Hockey League in Europe, all with the Nottingham Panthers from 2010-13. He appeared in 149 games with the Panthers, recording 45 points (13g-32a). In four playoff appearances with Nottingham, Lepine tallied one assist.

Prior to making the trip overseas, Lepine played two seasons with the Elmira Jackals, recording 24 points (3g-21) in 132 games.

The Montreal, Quebec native played his junior hockey in the QMJHL, suiting up for two seasons with the Chicoutimi Sagueneens (2006-08) and two seasons with the Rouyn-Noranda Huskies (2008-10). In his four-year career, Lepine appeared in 249 games and recorded 65 points (10g-55a).
