Rumble returns to the IceMen after playing the final eight games of the 2014-15 season in Evansville. The son of former NHL defenseman Darren Rumble, the blueliner played three seasons of college hockey at Canisius College before turning pro. At Canisius, Rumble, 25, was named All-Atlantic Hockey First Team Defenseman during the 2014-15 season and was named to the 2014 Atlantic Hockey All-Tournament Team. The native of Chesapeake, Va. tallied 46 points (14g-32a) in 84 career games with the Golden Griffins. Prior to his college hockey career, Rumble played two seasons in the North American Hockey League with the Wenatchee Wild where he scored 40 points (10g-30a) in 53 games and was a two-time participant in the league’s All-Star Game.
Zarbo is back in an IceMen uniform after appearing in nine games for Evansville at the end of last season scoring six points (3g-3a). The Grand Island, N.Y. native completed his college career at Clarkson University where he netted 66 points (34g-32a) in 134 career games. He was also named to the ECAC Hockey All-Academic Team three times. Before Clarkson the 23-year-old played a year in the Ontario Junior Hockey League with the Wellington Dukes, scoring 62 points (33g-29a) in 59 games and for the Youngstown Phantoms and Tri-City Storm of the United States Hockey League.
